(if in an darkzone this effect will not work unless you have revive tokens, If in a area with revive tokens then the effect will drain the tokens by said amount.

Normal perks: recovery and Resilience perks, heavy ammo finder, sword reserves.

Appearance: Solaire's helmet but more Guardian like.
